Expect to see a broad range of land and aquatic wildlife as the knowledgeable zookeepers share their animal welfare expertise with you, demonstrating how the zoo nurtures these fascinating creatures. A guest ticket comes as part of the package, valid for entry to the zoo for a friend or family member.
Your voucher is valid for 10 months. The experience is available on Wednesdays, Saturdays and Sundays only, early booking is recommended to ensure the best range of dates is available to you. Due to the active nature of this experience, participants must be physically fit and suffering no severe health problems. The experience is only available to those aged 16 years and over and unfortunately cannot accommodate wheelchair users in this instance due to access restrictions behind the scenes. Your complimentary guest pass allows entry to the zoo for one guest only and does not include behind the scenes access. Please be advised that it is your responsibility to inform us if you have any medical condition (e.g. pregnancy) that you or your doctor feel we should be aware of in order to ensure your safety. Whilst every effort is made to accommodate those with a disability or learning difficulty, due to practicality and health and safety this cannot always be achieved. Please contact Bristol Zoo for advice before purchasing. No refund will be given for cancellations. An alternative date may be offered if notice is given no less than 10 days before the booked date of the experience. A maximum of two people can take part in this experience at any one time.
